Model 3 Highland's steering column changed partway through production. Vehicles built 2024–2025.09 use the touchscreen-shifting design (no physical stalk); vehicles built 2025.10 and later have a physical turn-signal stalk. Vehicles built 2024–2025.09 use the touchscreen-shifting design and need the "Without Stalk" version; vehicles built 2025.10 or later have a physical turn-signal stalk and need the "With Stalk" version. Yes — Model Y Juniper and Model YL both ship with a physical turn-signal stalk, so the steering wheel kit fits every unit of those two models. For Model 3 Highland, the version you need depends on your build date (see above).

Yes, in two ways. Leave it on Sync mode and the color follows your factory ambient lighting automatically, or switch to Custom mode and pick your own color — whichever you prefer, whenever you like.
